Counseling is provided through Online Video Call through SimplePractice.
Initial Consultation: Free / 15 minutes
Individual Counseling: $130 / 50 minutes
Couples Counseling: $130 / 50 minutes
Family Counseling: $130 / 50 minutes

I may be able to offer my services as an Out-of-Network provider for some types of plans. Please see Out-of-Network (OoN) Billing below.

Please ask the benevolence fund manager for your church to contact me about a possible partnership with your church to help cover costs.
Out-of-Network (OoN) Billing
It is still possible that I may be able to provide services as an OoN provider, which means that insurance will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. Please check with your insurance provider to verify out-of-network coverage. I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. Instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursements, with Thrizer you will only have to cover your copay plus their service charge once your deductible has been met. This typically allows clients to save on average 70% upfront on our sessions.
Before our first session
I’d recommend asking these questions of your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24-48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for half the full rate (less than 48 hours before the session) and up to the full rate (less than 24 hours before the session).
