Individual Counseling

You do not have to face your struggles alone. Through therapy, we can walk through your pain together. Using evidence-based practices and proven biblical principles, we can replace your story of brokenness with a story of the hope in the God of the bible. While your past cannot be changed, it is possible to change your present and your future.

I offer my services as an out-of-network provider. I am partnered with Thrizer to help streamline the process and to help make my services more accessible. My fees for individual therapy are $165 for a one hour session.

Relationship Counseling

Do you feel tension in your relationship, because of an unresolved, ignored, or suppressed issue? Does the same fight continue to erupt between yourself and your spouse or child, even when you thought it was resolved? Do you feel as though you are not being heard, no matter how hard you try to get your point across? Do you sense a growing gulf in your relationship, despite everything you have tried?

Relationships can be complicated, and every relationship is unique, often leaving us feeling uncertain as if lost in a forest without a compass. You do not have to continue trying to navigate your relationship struggles alone. Through counseling and biblical understanding, you can both learn to come together and direct your feet on the paths laid out for you by God. While the way may be painful and nerve-wracking, with God’s guidance, it is possible to bring restoration to your relationships.

Financial Coaching

I am a Ramsey FCMT Trained Financial Coach. Please note that this offering is separate from my counseling services. Financial coaching is not covered by health insurance. And for ethical reasons, I do not offer counseling services to my financial coaching clients, nor do I offer financial coaching services to a client who is participating in counseling with me.
